Dear Colleagues and Friends,

It was a pleasure for me to welcome you to our first ALICE – Advanced Live Interventional Course in Essen- in november 2010. We shared various interesting cases together and discussions arising from the different points of view. So let’s go on for further discussions to take place during our next ALICE. Location will be the same as for ALICE 2010 at the main auditorium at the Alfried Krupp Krankenhaus in Essen from the 25th to the 27th of April 2012. We enjoyed last ALICE that much that we extended it to three days, in order to have some more time to discuss on all emerging therapies including treatment of acute stroke by thrombectomy, definition of adequate indications for the use of flow diverters and how to simultaneously increase the allover efficiency and safety of all intracranial endovascular procedures. Registrations will be possible in november.
